Economical analyses
Small and medium-sized enterprises need also to be guided by basic economical data. Beside considering the costs of factor of production this includes also the current monitoring of the operational cost accounting and results accounts as well as the continuous observation of liquidity.
In particular with regard of “rating aspects” (Basel II) the importance of economical data will increase in future. Emphasis in our consulting is put on balance sheet analyses, cost analyses and sales flashes.

Redevelopment and continuity concepts
During our guidance in redevelopment processes, the handling of the corporate crisis is in the foreground. Our consulting is prepared for the implementation of an early crisis warning system as well as for the monitoring during critical situations. Based on our operational framework, proposals are developed which give detailed information of how to improve the company earnings and how to continue the business successfully.
To get through crises individualized concepts and measures are needed. Together with our customers we develop packages of measures and business plans within medium-term strategies and accompany them during the successful implementation of the agreed measures.
