Human resources and organizational development
Our consulting services are implemented in everyday life and this in an economical and lasting way. Because every one of the affected organizations is unique, our services are developed jointly with our clients and tailored to their individual needs.
Persons concerned become to participants, existing know-how is activated, identification and acceptance for the consulting process is established. Through the consultations, the qualifications of the involved actors related to their professional and to their social communicative competences are enhanced.
The qualification of staff is process- and implementation oriented, takes place on the job and only exceptionally as a conventional workshop. Advising divisions of human resources and of organizational development means the accompanying of processes; from the conception to the implementation our clients are supported within their own specific realities.
Qualification, coaching and presentation
PCG - PROJECT CONSULT GmbH qualifies and advises persons, who are committed their working environment and who want to make a difference. Through the combination of expertise, background knowledge and methods the employee representatives receive praxis-oriented assistance in their duties and responsibilities. The results and findings from the trainings and qualifications can be applied in their workaday life.
For employee representatives or personal boards our trainings are adjusted in order to meet their special needs. Gladly we are offering also in-house-trainings. In addition we are teaching employee representatives on their job. With our far-reaching expertise we are also skilled in qualifications and trainings for employee representatives in their self-governed committees. Monitoring of discussion processes and conflicts is part of our fields of activity as well.
