- verification of the cost cutting program,
- development of the strategic approach for the codetermination bodies,
- elaboration of a proposal and negotiation of process arrangement for the fixation of the approach during the planned long term operational changes,
- delineation of an innovative concept for an industrial plan for the future,
- blueprint of a social plan and active participation in the negotiations of the diverse reconciliations of interests and of the social plan concluded with a transitional company.

The aim of quick checks is the rapid assessment of the economic situation of a company. Generally, the results of such studies are presented to the client in the form of a written report, and used in many cases as a starting point for negotiations on deviations from collective minimal standards and company level “social pacts”.
The brief analysis includes among other things the evaluation of balance, profit and lost statement, target-performance comparison during the fiscal year as well as future planning as far as the necessary documents are available.
